WHERE THERAPY ADDS THE HUMAN TOUCH
TR Therapy adds a human touch to therapy by using high-frequency electromagnetic energy to relieve muscle pain and regenerate muscles. This innovative therapy not only promotes muscle regeneration and pain relief, but also helps treat post-traumatic edema, myofascial syndrome and other painful conditions.
Take your patient care to the next level!

Chronic back pain

Muscle regeneration

Post-traumatic edema

Muscle hypertonus and cramps

Myofascial syndrome

Highlights
- Ergonomic applicators with audiovisual contact control
- Dynamic Impedance Control
- Immediate pain relief
- User-friendly user interface
- Versatile in use
- Targeted tissue selection (Targeted Tissue Selctivity)

Funktionsweise & Technologie
TR therapy uses high-frequency electromagnetic energy that penetrates deep into the body and promotes deep tissue hyperthermia. This heat relieves muscle pain, relaxes trigger points and supports muscle regeneration. The combination of massage elements and pleasant heat generated by radio frequency energy offers a very effective and pleasant treatment method.
Thanks to the athermal treatment, TR therapy is also suitable for treating post-traumatic swelling and hematomas without heating the skin, which increases the safety and effectiveness of the therapy.
TR therapy concept
The TR therapy concept integrates massage, passive movement and muscle activation techniques that enable a wide range of applications in therapy. The therapy can be carried out both in classic applications and in creative sessions with the bipolar application.
The use of capacitive and resistance modes ensures tissue-selective treatment, which is made possible by ergonomic applicators that can be adapted to every hand movement.
Safety first: TR Therapy is the only device on the market equipped with dynamic impedance control. This feature ensures that tissue impedance is continuously measured, allowing for modulated output and a smooth therapy process. This eliminates potential discomfort when crossing tissues with different impedances.

Studien
The tecar therapy is an excellent therapy for the physiotherapeutic use and it ́s incorporation in a conventional rehabilitation program, or it ́s isolated use, may have advantages in the short and long term effects.
In total, 6 studies were included in this review. All studies have shown the effectiveness of tecar therapy in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, compared to other therapies.
The use of power Doppler sonography and LSCI enabled us to evaluate differences in PSMC and IMBF induced by Tecar Therapy application.
Compared with placebo application, statistically significant differences in PSMC resulted after both the resistive and the capacitive Tecar Therapy applications, while only the resistive modality compared with the placebo was capable to induce a significant change of IMBF and ST.
The conclusions of our investigation highlighted the importance of implementing a supplementary kinesiotherapy program using the TECAR therapy in athletes who recover from anterior cruciate ligament surgery.
The results of the investigation showed statistically significant differences between the experiment and control group after 4 and 6 weeks of a TECAR and kinesiotherapy recovery program.
The present study showed that TECAR therapy with static stretching causes a greater increase in hamstring flexibility than static stretching alone.
In the static stretching group, the rate of changes in active and passive knee extension had alarge effect size and the range of motion in sit and reach test had a medium effect size
Tecar can induce changes in the absolute temperature of the medial gastrocnemius muscle.
The Intervention Group exhibited a greater increase in absolute temperature compared to the Control Group.
